Farmingdale, N.Y. – July 5, 2007 – Amana Tool, manufacturers of industrial-quality tungsten carbide woodworking tools, proudly annouces its Divided Light Cabinet Door router bit set #55360 for producing true divided light cabinet & furniture doors.Unlike most divided light door sets which use stub tenons, this set produces a real tenon for greater strength.

This new divided light door set consist of two bits, the first bit cuts the tenon and cope on the ends of the rails and the second bit cuts the decorative “sticking” profile and rabbet for glass. Once assembled, the rails, stiles, muntins and mullions interlock with 3/4” long tenons. Muntins
and mullions are 3/4” wide and the set works with stock 3/4” to 7/8” thick.
