Amana Tool Unveils New Divided Light Door Set

(FARMINGDALE, NY) Amana Tool now has a divided light door router bit set #55360 for producing true divided light doors.Unlike most divided light door sets which use stub tenons, this set produces a real tenon for greater strength.

Amana is recognized worldwide as a leading manufacturer of innovative cutting tools which use only the finest materials and state-of-art design and manufacturing. This new divided light door set consist of two bits, the first bit cuts the tenon and cope on the ends of the rails and the second bit cuts the decorative “sticking” profile and rabbet for glass. Once assembled, the rails, stiles, muntins and mullions interlock with 3/4” long tenons. Muntins
and mullions are 3/4” wide and the set works with stock 3/4” to 7/8” thick.
