Where can I get a 1-3/32" double flute straight router bit for a rabbet to receive a 5/4 primed (Windsor One) shelf.

Since you're routing a rabbet why not use a larger bit than needed and limit the rabbet depth to 1-3/32" with a fence on the router table? If you need a 1-3/32" groove I suggest taking two passes with Amana 3/4" Pattern Router Bit - Tool No.45360. Make a template 1-3/32" wide, clamp it to the work and allow the bearing on the pattern router bit to follow the template. A pattern router bit with a template is an easy way to achieve a perfect fit every time.
