I thought I had submitted this before, but I was never notified and it is not on the web site. (Both SC300 and 999)
I can see how the cutter makes the right side profile, but how is the left side profile (mating) made?

To achieve this you would need to offset the cutter by the B1 dimension to achieve the second cut. Your total dimension will be that much less than the total carbide height(B dimension)
