I would recommend for MFD a starting RPM of 17,000, Chip load of 0.003” per flute and a feed rate of 100” per minute at 0.250 depth per pass and evaluate the cut. You may then increase and or decrease your feed and or speed rate to achieve your desired finish.
Plywood is a little different. Try a starting RPM of 17,000, Chip load of 0.002/per flute and a feed rate of 60” per minute at 0.250 depth per pass and evaluate the cut. You may then increase and or decrease your feed and or speed rate to achieve your desired finish.
