What is the biggest difference in the single flute and the double flute up-cut bits for plastics? We have always used a single does it give a better finish or cut?

The mirror finish single O-flute bits offer a slippery edge and eject a larger chip thus preventing heat buildup and chip welding. The two flute bits are stiffer and a stronger tool. They don’t like a heavy chip load and have 50% less chip evacuation than a single flute bit but will offer less chatter. I hope this helps
