DRB-208 Polycrystalline Diamond

I just purchased a DRB-208 PCD, but I cannot find any information on the feed rates or the optimal chip load for this tool.


I normaly run my compression cutters at 20,000 rpms with a feed rate of 400/800 in. minute depending on the matrial I'm cutting, are these feeds and speeds good for this cutter?II

Depending on the material being cut, a good starting point for this tool should be 18,000 RPM and 200-330 inches per minute. You should adjust in 10% increments up or down your speed and or feed to achieve the desired finish.
