I would like to make some raised panel drawer fronts. Can I use the same router bits as for the doors or will they be too large?

Some cabinetmakers use a frame-and-panel for a drawer front. Others simply use the panel as a false front without the frame. The door bits are not too large for drawer fronts but you'll need to decide whether or not you like the appearance.
