Need a little help on setting up and using the rail and stile bits in a shaper. If they are supposed to be matched once I set the first bit do I need only to change bits and not adjust spindle height also any place on the web to find out about shaper use.

Yes, Amana rail-and-stile shaper cutters are matched so that there is no need for further adjustment once the initial height adjustment has been made. I recommend cutting the cope first on the ends of the rails. Afterwards, change cutterheads and cut the sticking/panel groove along the inside edges of the stock.
