Also suitable for router sled machines,

Can I use this to surface Delrin? If so What speed and RPM Depth? I have a 24,000 RPM Multicam Flat table Router. Thank you.

Please see the link to this tool below. Click on the speed, feed rate tab, and download the pdf file. You will see that the RC-2257 has a column for plastic. They recommend a starting RPM of 12,000 and feed rate of about 120” per minute with a chip load of 0.005” per tooth. I would recommend a starting cutting depth of 0.062”. you will need to adjust your feed and speed rate accordingly based on the quality of cut you desire in 10% increments.
