Insert router bit complete with two cutting flutes. Suitable for producing chamfer cuts at various angles in softwood hardwood and man-made boards. Cutting angle can be adjusted in 7.5° steps by using a notched scale. (-45°, -37.5°, -30°, -22.5°, -15°, -7.5°, 0, 7.5°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 37.5°, 45°, 52.5°, 60°, 67.5°, 75°, 82.5°, 90°)
For use on routers and machining centers with CNC control.
Bit tolerance is (+) (-) 0.5°.

Is there a chart or an easy way to determine bit offsets as the angles change?

The cutting angle can be adjusted in 7.5° steps by using a notched scale on the tool. If you require different angles not within the adjusted in 7.5° steps, you will need to use a set up block of that desired angle on it to adjust each wing to that angle.
