Product Questions
Should I use a cutting fluid with bit #51520 on 1/4" 2024 Al. Any other strategies to keep the bit cool, for example cutting a limited number of linear feet at a time? This is my router, https://www.ryobitools.com/power-tools/products/details/18v-one-palm-router? is the RPM of 29,000 to high. I expect it to be much lower under load, unfortunately it is single speed. My project is about 15 linear ft of cutting, need the bit to last that much.

The RPM of 29,000 does seem quite high for aluminum. The fluid will help, keep the tool cool but it is a small bit with small bearings.
